seriously, out of the last 200 journal entries i've seen over the last 2 or 3 days (literally, 200 is accurate i think), AT LEAST half of them have been about people saying "OMGWTFPANCAKES, THERE'S A HACKERS IN MY DA! KILL IT WITH FIRE!" or something along those lines >_>


I get the point...and if you're reading this journal entry, you've probably gotten the gist of it as well, by now, too (just from ALL the other messages out there).

also, 's account got hacked...pretty sure on that one...cuz i've recieved two random comments with links in them to completely foreign web sites. JUST so ya know.

also also, if you're doing anything on the internet, whether it's myspace, DeviantArt, Fur Affinity, Facebook, or WHATEVER, you should probably NOT click on any links to completely random places that you've never even heard of unless you can talk to the person and get an explanation as to what is so special about that link. I mean, yeah, there may be funny pictures of me on some web site, but WHAT funny pictures were taken in the last week or so that I haven't heard about?

And Valentine stuff? nono, fuck Valentine's Day.
Yeah, I said it. Yeah, I'm bitter, but you know what, it doesn't matter. That whole 'holiday' is kinda pointless anyways.


also also also, speaking of Fur Affinity, i'm considering getting an account on there >_> i'd have to learn how that system works, but i'd probably get less people trying to mess everything up as well as less journal entries from everyone and their mother saying they got a virus from an ad or there's people trying to get into their accounts...(seriously, it's been getting pretty bad. if you've had ANY problems on DA with getting random viruses from out of nowhere, it -may- just be because of the ads...get Firefox, and download the AdBlock addon for it. you should be using firefox anyways. it's just better in every single way)

-Earthbound: almost finished with it! Second Life has drawn me away from most games, but I'm about at the very last dungeon in the game x3 i think i may play it tonight and see if i can finish it.

-Taur: got a taur body for my avatar...i was intending to make it look like i'm a rubber fox taur >.> if you don't know what a taur is, you'll probably understand once i upload the pictures

-Mabinogi: ....yeaaaah, i think i'm pretty much through with Mabinogi >-> it's tempting to get my healing spell skill maxed out at randk 1 (it's already at rank 4), but in all honesty, that would require me to huck out more money to support Nexon's establishment of a 'free' MMORPG...plus i checked back on it one week over the Christmas break and i logged on to see THIS: [link]ageIndex=1

(in case you don't want to click the link for fear of "omg! Manji's trying to hax my account!", i'll explain what it is here)

basically, Nexon got 'cute' and decided to offer up some rare items as an event. The rare items: two normal items, just colored differently. now granted, one was a suit of armor, and one was a piece of clothing, but the fact still stands: they're basically two oddly-colored items that you could normally buy. one of them you could even dye to get to the 'event' colored item's status!

now the process for getting these two 'amazing' items is basically as follows:
step 1: find the book for this specific 'quest' (takes up 2 inventory spaces)
step 2: kill monsters to collect letters that spell 'MABINOGI' (that's 8 letters) (each letter takes up one space)
step 3: once you've put them all in the book, you get a coupon and the book disappears! (the coupon is 2 spaces)
step 4: the books can be gotten for either Simon (the guy with the clothing) or Nerys (the girl with the rare armor). Depending on which one you want, you'll need to pick one to get the books from, and repeat the process until you get enough coupons. you cannot use the coupons from Simon's book for Nerys's suit of armor, by the way.
Step 5: once you've gotten 2500 coupons for Simon, you can trade it in for the clothing. once you've gotten 2500 coupons for nerys, you can trade it in for the suit of armor...

seriously, i don't care how often those letters drop, that's just plain stupid. and this is exactly why i don't plan to go back to Mabinogi. it's just too tedious and too expensive (irl) to get anything done and make any progress, and Nexon just likes to make things difficult to the brink of stupidity for things.


-RP: I don't really do much roleplaying anymore...if i do do it, it's likely on Second Life, and even then, it's not much. If you are kind enough to read this far, and you're considering asking me to roleplay with you, just don't. I probably won't, and more than likely, my answer will be no.

I guess this post is mostly aimed at ...he's been having it pretty rough this whole time, and he's been searching for a job for SEVERAL months, now.

But for all you job searchers out there, just know that you're not the only ones finding it tough to make ends meet...

So last weekend, I redownloaded Second Life (I uninstalled it for some reason...not too sure why).

My time back has been a rather enjoyable one. It's a shame I can't be on all the time without getting amazingly awkward stares from my R: friends :c

But, regardless of everything, I've been having fun, and have met several new people as well...but...

I think there may be a person or two trying to pose as me on Second Life...I say this, because I came across this friend of a friend, that apparently had met me. She said we had hung out for an entire day at a place that I stumbled into only once and for a very short time (IF I even went there!)

After much confusion, I made it very clear that I didn't remember her, sadly. My short-term memory is pretty weak, but if I spent a whole day with her, I definitely would've remembered her...so...

this is more of a little P.S.A. than anything else. If you happen to get on Second Life and would like to meet me, GO FOR THE REAL THING!
